What would you like to tell new mothers?

It’s okay to not be okay, but it’s not okay to be too embarrassed to ask for help. Coming from a background suffering from severe anxiety and depression and being diagnosed with post natal depression when Pippa was 4 weeks old, I can honestly say, I am grateful to be here. With the help I have received I know I am doing the right thing for my baby.

What has helped you the most in your postpartum journey?

Hope. Hope that things will get better. Hope is exactly what has gotten me through every single day, the good the bad and the brutal. Knowing that their is light at the end of the Tunnel has made things just that little bit easier.
